Energy recovery ventilation system with Micro voltage sterilization filter

Short Description:

When the fresh air ventilation is powered on, the micro voltage sterilization filter module (This module is referred to as IFD) charge the dust particles passing through the air, so that the charged moving particles will be adsorbed on the dust collector of the micro voltage sterilization filter module when passing through. The dust collector can be reused after washing, effectively extending the use time of the high-efficiency filter.

IFD principle

1.Primary filter
Pollen, fluff, flying insects, large suspended particles are filtered

2.Particle charge
The IFD field electric module ionizes the air in the channel into plasma through the method of glow discharge, and charges the passing fine particles. Plasma has the ability to destroy virus cell tissue.

3.Collect and inactivate
IFD purification module is a honeycomb hollow microchannel structure with strong electric field, which has great attraction to charged particles,including bacteria and virus. Under continuous action, particles are collected,bacteria and viruses are eventually inactivated.

Advantage:
The IFD filter is made of polymer materials and can be reused after cleaning without replacement, which greatly reduces the later use cost of the purifier.
